induction loop systems

Standard induction loop systems can consist of installing a cable or cables under floor or wall which creates a magnetic field in the required area.

There are numerous variations of loop systems whether this be a single perimeter loop around the edge of a room to a array or phased array system which gives a more even and controlled field within a room.

Careful consideration must be made to the metal structure of a building when designing a loop system as these can cause loss within the magnetic field.

Induction Loop Installation

Induction Loops or hearing loops vary from venue to venue depending on how they are to be used and the asthetics of the room.

A majority of small rooms have a perimeter loop installed as this is the most cost effective system to have, but ideally on larger rooms we would recommend an array system which will give you more control and coverage throughout that room

Infra Red Induction Loop

We tend to install the Sennheiser infra red hearing systems in venues where there more control is needed as an infra red system will not spill over into other rooms as each listener has their own individual receiver whether this be a stethoset receiver or a neck induction loop.

Each system is different depending on the size and type of application the hearing system is going to be used for.
