Definition Audio Visual has successfully completed a professional audio visual install for offices located just outside of Leeds, West Yorkshire transforming two meeting rooms into fully equipped, modern collaboration spaces.

Visual Display Solutions

• Larger Meeting Room:

  • Epson 6200 lumens WUXGA laser projector, ceiling-mounted for optimal viewing.

  • Sapphire 100″ tab-tensioned motorised projection screen with 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, discreetly housed within the ceiling grid for a clean look.

• Smaller Meeting Room:

  • Epson 5200 lumens WUXGA laser projector, delivering bright and crisp visuals for presentations and collaborative work.

These installations ensure high-resolution imagery for presentations, video playback, and meetings.

Audio System

• Larger Meeting Room: Four Apart Audio ceiling speakers mounted within the ceiling tiles, powered by a discreet stereo amplifier positioned near the projector, providing balanced and clear sound coverage.

• Smaller Meeting Room: Similarly equipped for consistent audio performance during presentations and discussions.

Additionally, a hearing loop system was installed in the larger room to improve accessibility. This system features an Ampetronic hearing loop amplifier mounted above the suspended ceiling, with perimeter loop cabling ensuring coverage for all participants with hearing aids.

Video Conferencing

Each room features an Owl4+ 4K 360-degree camera, enabling complete visibility of all participants during virtual meetings. This allows for more engaging and interactive remote collaboration.

Connectivity and Control

To ensure seamless device integration:

• Kramer VGA and HDMI over CAT6 system installed, running from floor boxes to projector positions.

• Users can connect laptops and other devices without signal degradation, providing a reliable and professional presentation experience.

This installation delivers a fully integrated AV solution that combines high-quality visuals, immersive audio, video conferencing, and accessibility features.
