Projector & Projection Screen
An Epson 6,200-lumen WUXGA laser projector was ceiling-mounted to provide bright, high-resolution images for presentations and video content.
The projector installation is paired with a Sapphire 100-inch tab-tensioned motorised projection screen with a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio.
The screen is discreetly integrated into the ceiling grid, providing a clean and professional finish when the system is not in use.
Meeting Room Audio System
Four Apart Audio ceiling speakers were installed within the ceiling tiles to provide clear and evenly distributed audio throughout the meeting room.
The speakers are powered by a discreet stereo amplifier positioned near the projector, providing reliable sound for presentations, video playback and conferencing.
Hearing Loop Installation
Accessibility was also an important part of the installation.
An Ampetronic hearing loop amplifier was installed above the suspended ceiling, with perimeter loop cabling providing hearing loop coverage throughout the room.
This allows compatible hearing aids to receive clear audio directly from the meeting room sound system.
Video Conferencing System
An Owl 4+ 4K 360-degree meeting room camera was installed to provide comprehensive coverage of the room.

To provide reliable presentation connectivity, we installed a Kramer VGA and HDMI over CAT6 signal distribution system.

The speakers are powered by a discreet Tibo amplifier, installed within a cupboard to keep the equipment hidden and maintain a clean appearance.
Laptop & Presentation Connectivity
The room was equipped with Kramer VGA and HDMI over CAT5 senders and receivers, providing reliable signal distribution between user connection points and the projector.
This gives users a straightforward way to connect laptops and other presentation devices without excessive visible cabling.
Owl 4+ Video Conferencing
An Owl 4+ 4K 360-degree camera system was also installed in the second meeting room.
