Audio Visual Installation Harrogate

We recently completed a commercial audio visual installation in Harrogate, delivering modern presentation and training facilities across multiple rooms within the client’s premises. The project involved installing high-quality projection systems, audio solutions, and flexible connectivity to support training sessions, demonstrations, conferences, and video meetings.

Training Rooms – Mitsubishi Projector Installations

Across several training spaces, we installed four Mitsubishi Electric Full HD projectors, providing crisp and clear visuals for presentations and educational content.

These projectors deliver reliable performance and excellent image clarity, making them ideal for professional training environments where clear visual communication is essential.

Main Conference Room AV System

The main conference room received a complete projection and audio solution designed for professional presentations and meetings.

Projection System

The room features a Mitsubishi FD730 Projector projecting onto an eight-foot widescreen manual pull-down projection screen. This setup provides bright and vibrant visuals suitable for detailed presentations and video playback.

Connectivity

For simple device connection, we installed a floor box beneath the conference table containing both VGA and HDMI inputs, allowing presenters to easily connect laptops and other devices without visible cabling.

Audio System

The room’s audio is delivered through four flush ceiling speakers from JBL, providing balanced sound coverage throughout the space.

A compact stereo amplifier has been discreetly installed above the suspended ceiling, keeping the installation clean while ensuring reliable audio performance.

Demonstration Room Setup

The demonstration room was equipped with a Mitsubishi WD570 Projector, projecting onto a Draper seven-foot manual pull-down screen.

This system is ideal for product demonstrations, presentations, and instructional sessions.

Audio support is provided by:

• A wall-mounted stereo amplifier installed above the ceiling

• Two JBL ceiling speakers integrated into the ceiling tiles for clear and even sound distribution

Video Conferencing Room

The video room, designed for conferencing and presentations, includes another Mitsubishi FD730 projector, delivering 4100 ANSI lumens for bright and detailed image quality.

The projector displays onto an eight-foot widescreen projection screen, creating a professional environment for video conferencing and presentations.

Like the conference room, the space features a floor box with dual VGA and HDMI connectivity, enabling quick and simple device connection.

Audio is handled by:

• A hidden stereo amplifier installed above the ceiling

• Two JBL ceiling speakers providing clear sound reproduction for meetings and video calls.

Commercial Audio System

To complement the upgraded visual system, we installed a discreet but effective audio setup. A pair of JBL ceiling-mounted speakers provide balanced sound coverage throughout the room.

These speakers are powered by a compact stereo amplifier, which has been neatly installed above the suspended ceiling to keep the equipment out of sight while maintaining reliable performance.
