High-Definition Projection System

To deliver bright, high-quality presentations, we installed a Panasonic 5,000 ANSI lumen projector, securely mounted to an existing timber beam using a professional B-Tech projector mounting system.

The projector displays onto a motorised projection screen, providing a large, clear image for presentations, video playback, awards ceremonies and televised sporting events.

To ensure simple day-to-day operation, low-level HDMI and VGA connection plates were installed, allowing presenters to connect laptops and media devices quickly without complicated setup.

Professional Sound System Installation

To provide clear and balanced audio throughout the function room, we installed four Apart Audio wall-mounted loudspeakers, finished in white to complement the hotel’s décor.

The sound system installation delivers excellent speech intelligibility for conferences and ceremonies while providing rich, consistent sound for music and entertainment.

A dedicated audio connection point positioned near the bar allows staff to connect external music sources quickly, making the system ideal for wedding receptions, private parties and background music.

Central Equipment Rack and AV Control

All core AV equipment is securely housed within a dedicated equipment cupboard, creating a neat and reliable installation while simplifying maintenance.

The equipment includes:

• Denon multi-disc CD player
• Professional Phonic power amplifier
• Audio-Technica wireless microphone system
• Freeview television receiver
• Cloud Electronics two-zone mixer

The Cloud two-zone mixer enables audio to be independently controlled throughout the venue, allowing the main function room and adjoining suite to operate separately or together for larger events.

Flexible Function Room Audio

One of the key advantages of the new installation is its flexible zoning capability.

The system allows background music, microphone audio and television sound to be routed independently between function rooms, enabling the hotel to tailor the audio setup for conferences, weddings, exhibitions and private events.

A 65-inch Sahara commercial display has been installed to provide bright, high-definition images for presentations, training sessions, digital signage and video playback.

Users can easily display content from laptops or watch live television using the integrated Freeview receiver, making the room equally suitable for business meetings and social events.

Professional Sound System

Four Apart Audio loudspeakers were installed throughout the room to provide even audio coverage for presentations, speeches and background music.

Supporting equipment includes:

• Cloud zone mixer
• Phonic power amplifier
• Audio-Technica wireless handheld microphone system
