High-Definition Projector Installation
To provide bright, detailed presentations, we installed a Panasonic 5,000-lumen WUXGA widescreen projector, producing a crisp 135-inch image onto a prepared projection wall.
The projector is securely mounted from the ceiling using a B-Tech projector mounting system, ensuring perfect alignment while maintaining a clean and unobtrusive installation.
This high-brightness projection system installation is ideal for training presentations, technical drawings, product demonstrations and multimedia content, providing excellent image quality throughout the room.
Commercial Sound System Installation
Clear speech is essential in any training environment, so we designed a professional sound system to deliver even audio coverage across the entire room.
The commercial audio system installation includes six Apart Audio 8-inch ceiling speakers, strategically positioned to provide balanced sound for presentations, videos and spoken communication.
The speaker system is powered by a TOA mixer amplifier, delivering reliable performance and excellent speech intelligibility for every training session.
An Audio-Technica wireless handheld microphone system provides presenters with complete freedom of movement while maintaining consistent, high-quality audio.
Equipment Cabinet and System Integration
All core AV equipment has been neatly installed within a bespoke Quadra AV equipment cabinet, finished in graphite grey to complement the room while providing a secure location for all system components.
The cabinet houses the mixer amplifier, wireless microphone receiver, presentation equipment and signal distribution hardware, keeping the installation organised, protected and easy to maintain.
Professional HDMI Connectivity
To ensure compatibility with a wide range of presentation devices, we installed a Kramer VP440 presentation scaler, allowing laptops and computers to connect seamlessly to the projection system.
Video signals are transmitted using Kramer DGKat technology to a Kramer PT580R receiver before being delivered to the Panasonic projector via HDMI.
This professional signal distribution system ensures reliable, high-resolution image quality while allowing presenters to connect quickly and confidently.
Wireless Presentation System
To improve collaboration and simplify meetings, we integrated a Barco ClickShare CS100 wireless presentation system into the training room.
The Barco ClickShare system enables users to share presentations wirelessly from their laptops without requiring HDMI cables, creating a cleaner and more flexible workspace.
Support for Apple and Android mobile devices allows participants to present directly from smartphones and tablets using the Barco ClickShare app, making collaboration simple regardless of the device being used.
By removing cable limitations, the system encourages faster meeting setup and more productive training sessions.
