Fourteen Cloud CSC6 20-watt ceiling speakers were installed strategically across the two areas of the room: six in the front zone and eight in the larger rear section. This configuration ensures consistent sound coverage throughout the space, allowing every participant to hear presentations, discussions, and multimedia content clearly.

The speakers are powered by two Cloud VA2120 100-volt line amplifiers, integrated neatly into the client’s existing JM Lecterns custom cabinet. Inside the same cabinet, we installed an Allen & Heath Qpac digital mixer, along with two Sennheiser handheld radio microphones, complementing the client’s existing Sennheiser headset systems. This setup provides presenters with flexible microphone options to suit a variety of meeting styles.

To make operation simple, all audio controls can be managed via a wall-mounted iPad positioned on a bracket above the cabinet. With a few taps, presenters can adjust volume, switch microphones, or select input sources, streamlining control and reducing technical disruptions during meetings.

High-Quality Visual System for Seamless Presentations

On the visual side, the upgrade included the installation of two Samsung commercial 50″ TV display screens, mounted on wall arm brackets near the front of the room. To ensure that every participant sees a consistent image, we deployed Kramer HDMI over CAT6 senders and receivers, combined with a Kramer 1 in 4 out HDMI distribution amplifier system.

This sophisticated configuration allows seamless image replication across all displays, including the new Samsung screens and the existing high-resolution Panasonic projector. Whether the client is presenting from their PC or using the Barco ClickShare wireless presentation system, the content is mirrored flawlessly, delivering a unified and professional visual experience.
