AV Installations Leeds

We recently completed a professional AV installation in Leeds for a newly refurbished solicitors’ office. The project focused on creating a modern meeting room AV system designed to support presentations, video conferencing, and day-to-day collaboration within a professional legal environment.

The installation combines high-quality display technology, reliable connectivity solutions, and discreet audio equipment to deliver a clean, functional, and easy-to-use AV system.

Large Format 4K Display Installation

At the centre of the system is a large-format display designed to deliver clear and impactful visuals for presentations and meetings.

The installation features a LG Electronics 75-inch 4K commercial display, providing exceptional image clarity for presentations, video conferencing, and shared documents.

To ensure a secure and professional installation, the screen was mounted using a Peerless-AV flat wall mount bracket, keeping the display close to the wall while providing optimal viewing angles for meeting participants.

Meeting Table Connectivity

To provide convenient connectivity for users, we installed a Kramer Electronics table-mounted HDMI connection cubby within the meeting table.

This connection point provides:

• HDMI input for laptops and presentation devices
• Two network connection points
• Integrated power outlet for charging or powering devices

The HDMI signal is transmitted from the table to the display using a Kramer HDMI over CAT6 sender and receiver, ensuring reliable signal transmission and high-quality video output across the room.

Meeting Room Audio System

To complement the visual system, we installed a discreet but effective audio solution designed to provide clear sound throughout the meeting room.

The audio system includes:

• 4 × Flexson ceiling speakers
• TEAC integrated amplifier

The amplifier is neatly housed within a cupboard to maintain a clean and uncluttered meeting room environment.

Audio Signal Integration

To ensure compatibility between the TV and the amplifier, we installed a Lindy digital-to-analogue audio converter. This unit converts the digital audio output from the TV into an analogue signal suitable for the amplifier, ensuring consistent and high-quality sound reproduction.

A Modern AV System for Professional Offices

This AV installation in Leeds provides the solicitors’ office with a powerful and easy-to-use meeting room system designed for modern business communication.

The system delivers:

The result is a modern and efficient meeting space that supports presentations, video conferencing, and collaborative working within the office.

As part of the audio system installation, we installed four Flexson ceiling speakers to provide balanced sound coverage throughout the meeting room. These speakers feature a 6.5″ main driver combined with triple high-frequency drivers, delivering clear speech reproduction and rich, well-balanced audio for presentations, video conferencing, and multimedia playback.

The speakers are powered by a TEAC stereo amplifier, which provides reliable amplification and consistent audio performance across the room.

To maintain a clean and professional office environment, the TEAC amplifier has been discreetly installed within a cupboard below the display, keeping all equipment hidden from view while still allowing easy access for maintenance. This approach ensures the room maintains a streamlined and uncluttered appearance while still delivering excellent sound quality for meetings and presentations.
