• Installed a Panasonic 5000 Lumens WUXGA high-resolution projector, mounted securely on a Peerless projector bracket.

• The projector displays content onto an Elite 125″ diagonal motorized projection screen, wall-mounted for space-saving and ease of use.

• For wireless connectivity, an Optoma wireless dongle enables laptop or mobile device projection, facilitating seamless PowerPoint, image, or video presentations.

This setup ensures exceptionally clear visuals for all attendees, improving engagement and presentation quality.

Audio System – Main Room, Café, and Shop

The audio installation was designed to provide even sound distribution and flexible control:

• Four Apart Audio CM1008 8″ ceiling speakers installed in the main meeting room.

• Two additional Apart Audio ceiling speakers installed in the café area.

• Independent control of each zone is enabled via Cloud RSL6 wall control plates, allowing volume and source selection tailored to each area.

The equipment cabinet houses the heart of the audio system:

• Cloud CX263 2-Zone Mixer for precise multi-zone control

• Two Apart Audio Revamp stereo amplifiers powering the speakers

• Denon CD/Media Player with USB, SD Card, CD, and Bluetooth playback

This configuration ensures versatile and high-quality audio for presentations, background music, or announcements throughout the facility.

Shop Area Display Integration

To enhance customer communication:

• A Samsung 55″ commercial TV was installed on a Btech flat wall mount bracket.

• Content can be displayed via simple USB connection, showcasing images, promotions, and announcements to visitors entering the shop area.

• Two white Apart Audio active wall-mounted speakers have been positioned on either side of the recessed wall.
