At the centre of the system is an Samsung 85″ commercial TV display, providing bright, high-resolution visuals for video meetings, presentations, and collaborative sessions.

The screen has been installed on a heavy-duty floor plate and pole mounting system, offering:

Ceiling Speaker System

The room’s audio playback is delivered through four Yealink CS10 low-profile 2-way coaxial ceiling speakers.

These speakers provide:

• Minimal visual impact thanks to their discreet ceiling installation

Beamforming Ceiling Microphones

To capture speech clearly from all participants around the meeting table, we installed two Yealink CM20 units.

Central AV Processing

All conferencing components are integrated through the Yealink AVHub, which acts as the system’s central processing unit.

Installed within a cupboard for a clean finish, the AVHub manages:

Laptop Connectivity and Floor Box

For easy connection during meetings, we installed an angled floor box connection plate near the meeting table.
