Conference Room Sound System

Clear speech and balanced audio were essential for the hotel’s conference facilities.

To achieve this, we installed a distributed sound system comprising:

• Eight Apart Audio MASK6 loudspeakers
• Two Crown professional power amplifiers
• Cloud CX263 zone mixer

This sound system installation configuration provides even sound coverage throughout the conference room, ensuring delegates can clearly hear presentations, speeches and multimedia content regardless of where they are seated.

Projection and Presentation System

To enhance the venue’s presentation capabilities, the projector installation consisted of a ceiling-mounted BenQ short-throw projector.

This provides:

Wireless Microphones and Connectivity

For simple device connectivity, HDMI and VGA over CAT cabling allows guest presenters to connect laptops and other presentation devices quickly and easily.

Professional Audio-Technica boundary microphones were installed around the wedding gazebo to capture vows, speeches and music with exceptional clarity while remaining discreet within the landscaped surroundings.

The microphones are connected to a portable public address system, and a pair of Bose 403 column speakers in white ensuring every guest can clearly hear the ceremony regardless of their seating position.
