AV Installation in Huddersfield Meeting Room

We recently completed an AV installation project in a Huddersfield-based solicitor’s meeting room, designed to enhance their client meeting experience. The project focused on delivering high-quality visuals and audio within a compact space.

Our client required a solution that was both effective and discreet, allowing them to present information clearly and conduct meetings without technical distractions. To meet these needs, we opted for a combination of Sony and Apart Audio equipment.

The centerpiece of the installation is a Sony Bravia 75″ large screen TV, chosen for its exceptional picture quality and clarity. This ensures that presentations, documents, and video conferences are displayed with optimal visibility for all attendees. The TV is securely mounted on a B-Tech flat wall mount bracket, minimizing its profile and maximizing space within the meeting room.

For audio, we installed a compact stereo amplifier, strategically hidden above the ceiling to maintain a clean and uncluttered aesthetic. This amplifier powers a pair of Apart Audio CM608 ceiling speakers, known for their excellent sound reproduction and even sound dispersion. This setup provides clear and balanced audio throughout the room, ensuring everyone can hear presentations and participate in discussions without difficulty.

To ensure seamless connectivity, we incorporated a Kramer HDMI over CAT5 sender and receiver. This allows for reliable transmission of high-definition video and audio signals from various sources to the display, eliminating the need for bulky and potentially disruptive cabling.

The end result is a professional and functional AV system that integrates seamlessly into the meeting room environment. The large screen display, coupled with the high-quality audio system, creates an engaging and productive meeting space for our client and their clients. This installation demonstrates our commitment to providing tailored AV solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients, enhancing their communication capabilities and creating a professional and modern workspace.

To streamline connectivity in the boardroom, we’ve implemented a sophisticated solution centered around a Kramer Tbus desk mount module. This module, seamlessly integrated into the boardroom table, provides users with convenient access to essential connections, including HDMI, power, and network.

Complementing the Tbus module is a Kramer HDMI sender, discreetly installed beneath the table. This sender efficiently transmits high-definition video signals via CAT6 cabling to a corresponding HDMI receiver located behind the television. This configuration ensures a clean, uncluttered aesthetic while maintaining optimal signal quality for presentations and video conferencing.

This combination of the Kramer Tbus and HDMI sender/receiver offers a robust and user-friendly solution for all boardroom connectivity needs. It facilitates seamless integration of laptops and other devices, enabling effortless presentations and collaboration. The CAT6 cabling ensures reliable and high-quality video transmission, contributing to a professional and efficient meeting environment.
