Audio Visual Install Yorkshire

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive audio visual install project for offices located just outside of Leeds, West Yorkshire. The project encompassed the upgrade of two meeting rooms with state-of-the-art technology, ensuring enhanced communication and presentation capabilities.

The larger meeting room now boasts an impressive visual display, featuring an Epson 6200 lumens WUXGA high definition laser projector. This powerful projector, ceiling-mounted for optimal viewing, projects onto a 100″ diagonal Sapphire tab tensioned motorised screen with a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. The motorised screen is discreetly fitted within the ceiling grid, offering a clean and professional aesthetic when not in use.

The smaller meeting room was equipped with an equally impressive Epson 5200 Lumens WUXGA resolution laser projector, providing bright and crisp visuals for presentations and collaborative work.

For enhanced audio clarity, we installed a high-quality sound system in both rooms. The larger meeting room features four Apart Audio ceiling speakers strategically mounted within the ceiling tiles. These speakers are powered by a compact stereo amplifier discreetly housed above the ceiling, near the projector, delivering clear and balanced audio throughout the space.

Recognizing the growing importance of video conferencing, we integrated an Owl4+ video conferencing camera into each room. This innovative camera provides a 360-degree view of the room with a 4K resolution, ensuring all participants are clearly visible during virtual meetings.

To facilitate seamless connectivity for presentations, we implemented a Kramer VGA and HDMI over CAT 6 system. This involved installing CAT6 cabling from the floor box to the projector position, allowing users to easily connect their laptops and share content without signal degradation.

Addressing accessibility needs, we also incorporated a hearing loop system into the larger meeting room. An Ampetronic hearing loop amplifier was installed above the suspended ceiling, with the hearing loop cable strategically placed above the ceiling grid around the room’s perimeter. This provides comprehensive coverage for individuals with hearing impairments, ensuring inclusive participation in all meetings.

This audio visual installation provides the client with a modern, user-friendly, and highly effective communication platform, designed to enhance collaboration and productivity within their West Yorkshire offices.

The adjacent meeting room is now equipped with a comprehensive presentation and video conferencing solution. A high-performance Epson 5200 Lumens WUXGA laser projector is ceiling-mounted, casting a bright and clear image onto an Elite 84″ diagonal motorized projection screen. Audio is delivered through a pair of Apart Audio ceiling speakers powered by a Tibo amplifier discreetly housed in the cupboard.

Connectivity is seamless thanks to Kramer VGA and HDMI over CAT5 senders and receivers, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices. Users can easily connect and display content with optimal clarity and minimal cable clutter.

For cost-effective and engaging video conferencing, we’ve implemented an Owl4+ camera. This innovative device provides a 360-degree view of the room through its 4K resolution lens, automatically focusing on active speakers to create a more natural and collaborative meeting experience. This setup provides a complete and user-friendly solution for both presentations and remote collaboration.
