Large Format Display Screen Installation

We supplied and installed multiple commercial-grade Samsung display screens across the site, including:

  • 85″ display screen in the upstairs main room

  • 70″ display screens upstairs and in the restaurant

  • 65″ display screens in both meeting rooms

The upstairs displays are connected to Sky via Antiference HDMI over CAT6 sender and receiver kits, allowing high-definition signal distribution over long cable runs without signal loss.

Each screen also features a local HDMI input plate for easy connection of laptops or external media devices.

Multi-Zone Sound System Installation

Upstairs Event Space

In the main upstairs area, we installed:

  • 10 x Apart Audio Kubo 5T speakers, discreetly mounted within high wooden beams

  • 2 x KEF Ventura 5 IP-rated speakers on the balcony

For live events and speeches, we integrated an Audio-Technica dual wireless microphone system, including both a handheld and lapel microphone.

This provides clear speech reinforcement for events, private functions, and corporate gatherings.

Restaurant, Restrooms & Outdoor Audio

Downstairs, we installed a comprehensive ceiling speaker system using Cloud Electronics equipment:

  • 14 x Cloud CSC5 ceiling speakers in the restaurant

  • 5 x Cloud CSC5 ceiling speakers in the restroom areas

  • 2 x KEF Ventura 5 IP-rated speakers externally

All audio zones are controlled via two Cloud RSL6 wall-mounted volume controllers located behind the bar, giving staff simple control over sound levels.

Centralised AV Control & Amplification

All control and amplification equipment is housed in a secure storage room and includes:

  • Cloud Z4 zoner

  • 2 x Cloud CA2250 2-channel amplifiers (upstairs and downstairs)

  • Cloud VA120 4-channel amplifier (outdoor speakers)

  • Cloud VMA120 (restroom audio control)

Two customer-supplied media players were integrated for background music playback across multiple zones.

This structured rack-based installation ensures reliability, scalability, and easy future expansion.

Meeting Room Video Conferencing Installation

We also completed a professional video conferencing setup in two newly built meeting rooms, installing:

  • 2 x 65″ Samsung display screens

  • 2 x Bose VB1 video conferencing soundbars

Each Bose VB1 unit includes a built-in camera, microphone array, and speaker system, creating a clean, all-in-one conferencing solution.

Local HDMI and USB connection plates allow simple plug-and-play operation for meetings hosted on platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
