Audio Visual Installation Wetherby

We recently completed a professional audio visual installation near Wetherby, delivering a full AV upgrade for a forward-thinking company’s boardroom, showroom, and reception area.

Boardroom & Showroom AV Installation

The core of the project centred on transforming the main boardroom and showroom into a modern, presentation-ready environment.

High-Brightness Projector Installation

We installed a 5000-lumen Full HD projector from BenQ, securely mounted using a heavy-duty projector bracket from B-Tech.

The high-lumen output ensures:

• Bright, crisp image quality

• Clear visibility even in well-lit environments

• Professional-grade presentation capability

The projector displays directly onto the main boardroom wall, creating a large-format visual focal point for meetings and demonstrations.

Repeater Screen Installation

To ensure full visibility across the showroom space, we also installed:

• 55″ display screen from LG

• Mounted on an articulated wall arm bracket

This secondary screen acts as a repeater display, ensuring that everyone in the room has a clear view of presentation content regardless of seating position.

Seamless Connectivity & Signal Distribution

Ease of use was a key priority for this installation.

We implemented a professional signal distribution solution using Kramer Electronics HDMI and VGA over CAT6 senders and receivers.

This allows users to:

• Connect laptops directly via a floorbox

• Use the in-room PC housed in the equipment cabinet

• Switch seamlessly between presenters

• Maintain high-quality signal transmission over distance

By running HDMI and VGA over structured CAT6 cabling, we ensured reliable, long-distance signal integrity without visible cable runs.

Reception Area AV Upgrade

The reception area was also upgraded to enhance first impressions and brand presentation.

We installed:

• 49″ commercial display screen from LG

• Mounted on a low-profile flat wall bracket

This screen serves as a dynamic digital signage display, showcasing company information and promotional content for visitors upon arrival.

The reception display is connected to a dedicated computer located in the upstairs comms room via a Kramer VGA over CAT6 transmitter and receiver system, ensuring consistent and reliable image quality.
